Is this normal behavior for a 5-year-old?

My kid has suddenly become a restless- can't sit still for a minute, always talking and sometimes angry with not being attended to. Could this be because we just moved to a new home?

Kids at this age behaves in strange manners. No need to worry. It's normal. Sometimes they play with their 'thing' if they are boys :x
